Winnie Bell Parsells
Winnie Bell Parsells, 99, of Junction City, died Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Chapman Valley Manor in Chapman. Winnie was born September 15, 1915 in Tallahassee, Florida, the daughter of Charles & Lou Retta (Sheets) Glover. She attended schools in Florida, and graduated from high school in Ft. Pierce, Florida. She later returned to Ft. Pierce and earned her B.S. in Accounting. She was a homemaker.
Winnie was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Junction City.
Winnie is survived by her son, Charles Ford and his wife Norma, Junction City; 2 step-grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons, and 8 step great grandchildren.
A memorial service and visitation will be 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel, 203 N. Washington, Junction City, KS. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery, Ft. Pierce, Florida.
