William M. "Bill" Bratton, Jr., 37, of Junction City, KS passed away March 22, 2013. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Fairview Cemetery in Phillipsburg, KS with Pastor Lorna Paulus officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 from 5-8 pm at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 212 N. Eisenhower, Junction City, KS. Memorial contributions have been designated to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, 801 Roeder Road, Ste. 1000, Silver Springs, MD 20910.
Bill was born July 21, 1975, Phillipsburg, KS to William M. and Beatrice (Krause) Bratton, Sr. Bill was a graduate of Junction City High School, class of 1994. He was also a graduate of Manhattan Vocational College.
Bill was employed by the State of Kansas and worked as a mechanic at Fort Riley, KS. He loved music, fishing and was a huge NASCAR fan and he loved his golden retriever Matty, and playing his guitar, but most of all he loved being the "Best Uncle" to his nieces and nephews.
Bill is survived by his parents, William and Beatrice Bratton, Sr. of Junction City, KS, his sisters; Renee Williams (Eddie) of Killeen, TX, Monica Baker (Richard) of Pratt, KS and Regina Craddock (Terry) of Fort Benning, GA. William is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Samantha, Justin, Austin, Lucas, Nathaniel, Jackson, Sabrina, Kristen, and Cody, his aunt and uncle, Sylvia and Les Swarts of Phillipsburg, KS.
