William "Bill" Ritter

1931-2005
Peace, after 16 months of pain, despair and hopelessness, God granted eternal peace. On 2-27-2005- William D. "Bill" Ritter left us. As a Junction City native, many will remember him and his life. Bill is sadly missed by his wife, Uta of 20 years, her daughter Ursula, sisters Joann and Janette, nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
His parents Dorothy and Sam Ritter, also his brother Sammie Ritter preceded him.
Pallbearers are Junction City Firefighters, Craig Paxton, Orin Auld, Les Flower, Glen Rubash, Curt Janke and Mike Ryan. We honor Dial and Chyral Bleakley, Tom, Mary and Sarah Burnham, and Stefanie Sampson.
No visitation is planned. A memorial service on Thursday, March 3, 2005 at 10: 00 A.M. will be at the Zion United Church with Russ Glaser officiating. Burial will follow the service, at Highland Cemetery. The family requests no flowers please. A memorial fund has been set up for Enterprise Estates Nursing Center, 502 Crestview, Enterprise, KS 67441.
