Vera (Bambi) Lou Davis, 54, of Junction City, Kansas passed away on June 13, 2024, at Stormont Vail - Flint Hills Campus.

Vera was born on December 16, 1969, to Virgil L. Davis Sr. and Flora E. (Martin) Davis in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Vera's greatest joy in life was her family. She spent most of her later years with her grandchildren teaching them all about her interests such as fishing and her passion for dogs.

She was survived by her loving children, Peter Henry of Junction City, Kansas, Everitt Henry of Junction City, Kansas, Sarah Henry of Oklahoma, Roger Henry of Oklahoma, and Cory Duntz of Junction City, Kansas; four siblings, Tom Zeiner of Tennessee, Flora English (Dale) of Kentucky, Renee Wells of Oklahoma, and Betty Wheeler of Herrington, Kansas and many other loving family and friends.

She was preceded by her loving parents; four siblings, Butch Zeiner, John (Linda J.) Zeiner, David Zeiner, and Linda Douglas; one son, John Scott; step-dad, Richard C. Martin.

Memorial contributions are suggested to be given to the Junction City Animal Shelter, 2424 N. Jackson St., Junction City, Kansas 66441.

Cremation has taken place and a family led celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 4, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., located at her family home, 137 Byrd St., Junction City, Kansas 66441.
