Traci Ann Tuggle, 51, of Junction City, died very unexpectedly on Sat., April 15, 2017 at Geary Community Hospital in Junction City. Traci was born Feb. 8, 1966 in Moses Lake, Washington, the daughter of John and Carol (Frailey) Stacklin. She moved with her family to Montana early in her life, and she graduated from Anaconda High School, Anaconda, Montana. She later graduated from Manhattan Area Technical College with a degree in nursing.
Traci was a Registered Nurse with Farrelly Clinic on Ft. Riley, but previously had worked many years as a nurse at Irwin Army Hospital. Traci was a member of St. Xavier Catholic Church in Junction City.
She married Randy Tuggle on April 23, 1984 in Phoenix, Arizona. Randy survives of the home. Other survivors include: a son, Lance Tuggle and his wife Sarah, Ft. Bragg, NC; 3 daughters, Randi Won, Chapman, Casey Luke and her husband Sean, Junction City, and Justine Hall and her husband, Julius, Abilene; her mother, Carol Coverdale, Bucyrus, Ohio; a brother, John Stacklin, Bucyrus, Ohio; 2 sisters, Teresa Randal, New Washington, Ohio, and Michelle Salone and her husband Dave, Bucyrus, Ohio; and 12 grandchildren, Faith, Jordan, and Titan Tuggle, DJ and Jazzmin Won, and Marley, Harper, and Benjamin Luke, and Kammi, Jones, Sunni, and Royce Hall. Traci was preceded in death by her father, John Stacklin.
It was Traci's wish to be cremated.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 24, 2017 at St. Xavier Catholic Church, with Fr. Gale Hammerschmidt presiding. Burial of the ashes will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Junction City. The family will greet friends on Sunday, April 23, 2017, 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm, with a Parish Rosary to follow, all at the Penwell-Gabel Junction City Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Xavier Catholic Church Building Fund, sent in care of the church.
