Towana L. Rhyne

Services for Towana L. Rhyne will be held Monday, April 7, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Mass-Hinitt Funeral Chapel. Reverend Samuel C. Mitchell will officiate. She died April 2, 2003 at Geary Community Hospital. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 6, 2003, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Mass-Hinitt Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to The Topeka Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, P.O.Box 292, Topeka, KS 66601. Towana was born September 19, 1962, Chicago, IL to Frank and Delores (Valentine) Rhyne. She was a homemaker and a member of the Second Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by her loving companion, Jerome Kirksey of Junction City, KS, One Son; Marcella Rhyne of Junction City, KS, One Brother; Frank Rhyne, Jr. of Junction City, KS, Five Sisters; Regina Rhyne, Debra Johnson, Janis Lax, Amanda Rhyne and Renee Bodgon all of Junction City, KS. She was Preceded in Death by her Parnets. Casketbearers will be Jackie Johnson, Jerry Brown, James Monday, Frank Estell, Edward Oliver, Tracy Lax and Paul McDaniels. Organist will be Frances Clark.
