Services for Thelma C. Copeland,74, of Grandview Plaza, KS will beTuesday, October 15, 2002, 11:00 a.m. at Johnson Funeral Chapel. Reverend Matthew Glasgow of the First Presbyterian Church will officiate. Thelma died October 9, 2002 at her residence.Visitation will be Monday, October 14, 2002, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Chapel,burial will be at Fort Riley Cemetery, Fort Riley, Kansas. Thelma was born May 7, 1928, at South Barry Wales, Great Britain. Thelma married Homer Copeland June 22, 1946 at Barry, South Wales. He preceded her in death February 28, 2001. Thelma retired from Civil Service at Fort Riley with 24 years. She also worked at USD 475 in food service. Thelma loved people, especially her family, friends and pets , she loved to sing and listen to music. She will be missed by all. God
