Suzanne Martineau Wilson, 67, of Milford, KS, passed away on May 19, 2016. A memorial service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on 1705 McFarland Rd, Junction City, KS 66441 at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2016. Bishop Paul Plumb will officiate. Inurnment at Kansas Veterans' Cemetery will follow the memorial service. Family will be greeting guests before the service at 11:30 a.m. Memorials are suggested to be made to the Shriner's Hospital.
Suzanne was born on December 26, 1948, in Bell, California, daughter to Lennox "Marty" and Dorothy (Boyle) Martineau.
She worked in the USD 475 school district for over 15 years at Jefferson Elementary School as the Head Secretary. She later joined the KSU family as an Admissions Consultant.
Suzanne was a fan of Kansas State (Purple to the bone). She was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints of Junction City.
On December 28, 1971, she married Gary Wade Wilson in San Diego, California. After traveling to several locations, they settled in Milford, Kansas for over 40 years.
Suzanne is survived by her loving family: Two Sons, Brad Erik Wilson of Milford, KS and Wade Travis and wife Amy Wilson of New Port Richey, FL; Two Brothers, Steve Martineau and R. Lee and wife Leann Martineau; Daughter-in-law, Gisselle Yanira Rivera-Gonzalez; and Granddaughter, Adrianna Isabelle Wilson-Rivera.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Dorothy Boyle Martineau, Father, Lennox "Marty" Martinaeu and husband Gary Wade Wilson.
