Suk Kim, 89, of Junction City, Kansas, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at Johnson Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Service will start immediately following visitation. Inurnment will follow at a later date.
Suk Kim was born on January 7, 1934, in South Korea.
She was a loving and kind mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to her family. She was a superb cook and had many wonderful kimchee recipes. Suk also enjoyed gardening and maintaining a neat house.
Suk is survived by her loving daughter Nomi Hines and her loving son Sang Kim. She also had five granddaughters, ten great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
She was deeply loved and appreciated by her large extended family. She will be sorely missed by all that knew her. May she rest in peace.
