Stella M. Graham

Funeral services for Stella M. Clark Graham, 82, Junction City will be 11:00am April 9, 2007 at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel with Rev. James E. Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Fort Riley Cemetery. Mrs. Graham passed away April 2, 2007 at her home. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm Sunday, April 8, 2007 at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel 203 N. Washington. Memorial contributions may be to American Cancer Society, Heartland Division, 1100 Pennsylvania Ave., Kansas City, MO. 64105.

Stella was born October 29, 1924 in Attala, MS the daughter of Marion and Nina (Clark) Lee. She worked at the Quartermaster on Fort Riley and later known as Penn Enterprise where she retired as a supervisor after 41 years. She was married to Emil Graham for over 50 years. He preceded her in death May 18, 2006.

She is survived by three daughters, Nancy M. Boyd, Junction City, KS, Mattie M. Oakman, Lenexa, KS and Lois M. Ward, Hanscom AFB, MA; one sister Lucy Myrick, Kosiusko, MS; one brother Leroy Lee, Chicago, IL; nine grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Jimmy Lee and her grandson Johnny L. Boyd.
