Sidney L Thomas, Jr. 35, of Junction City, KS, passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at his home in Junction City after a very brief illness. A private visitation will take place at Johnson Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the private visitation.
Sidney was born December 2, 1985, in Yazoo City, MS. the son of Sidney L. and Brenda (Smith) Thomas, Sr.
Sidney enjoyed having played football in high school. He worked various jobs at Ft. Riley. Sidney enjoyed working and providing for is family.
He married Mary Lard December 21, 2007, in Junction City, KS. To this union, five children were born. Those children are, Jamelia Lard, Ja'lyah Thomas, Unique Thomas, Sidney Thomas, III and Ma'yaina Thomas. There is one on the way.
Other survivors include one son, Sidney Thomas; four daughters, Iniya Thomas, Mekhia Becks, Makiara McNeal and Kimberly Haralson; his parents, Sidney L. and Brenda Thomas, Sr.; three brothers, Clarence Bullock, Jeremy Thomas both of Junction City, KS and Jimmy Smith of MI; four sisters, Regina Thomas, Sylvia Thomas, Lisa Bullock and Carolyn Bullock.
