Shirley M. Walker, 85, of Junction City, KS, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Geary Community Hospital. Cremation will take place. A private family inurnment will take place at Highland Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to be given to the Junction City Animal Shelter.
Shirley was born January 3, 1937 in Junction City, KS the daughter of William L. and Katherine E. (Lynn) Wilburn.
Shirley was a self employed beauty operator owning Beauty Bazaar in Junction City for many years. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
She married Forrest Walker.
Survivors include two brothers, Robert L. Wilburn and Melvin H. Wilburn both of Junction City, KS.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Forrest and one son Darrel.
