January 26, 1955 — August 14, 2015

Elder Sheila Jackson was born January 26, 1955, in Montgomery, AL the daughter of Julius and Alfreda (Gregory) Jones. Elder Jackson , at the age of 23, married the love of her life, Charles Edward Jackson, on May 10, 1978 and they enjoyed 37 years of marriage.

An anointed teacher, Elder Jackson loved to both teach and learn. She earned an Associate Degree from Cloud County Community College in General Studies and Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from Upper Iowa University. She spent the majority of her adult life teaching children, beginning with her own three children, then at Church of Deliverance Day Care, and Church of Deliverance Christian Academy . With holy boldness and the full support of her beloved husband Deacon Charles, Elder Jackson, she ministered the Word of God throughout Germany and the United States, calling for men and women to repent and receive Jesus Christ. Elder Jackson was most proud of her family, and being an ordained Elder, and receiving her Bachelor's degree at the same time as her beloved Charles.
