SFC (RET) Jerry J. Bundy, 89, of Junction City, KS, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at Chapman Valley Manor in Chapman, KS. Cremation will take place. No memorial service is planned. His cremated remains will be buried at Milford Cemetery.
Jerry was born March 8, 1933, at Fort Riley, KS, the son of James J. and Rachel (Dalquest) Bundy.
Jerry graduated from Junction City High School and entered the United States Army. He served a total of thirty four years in the United States Army and the Kansas National Guard. Upon retiring as a Sergeant First Class he attended Emporia State University and received a Masters Degree in Education and Counseling.
He is survived by one sister, Betsey L. Printy of Junction City, KS; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers Jimmy J. Bundy and Carl D. Bundy; two sisters, Helen L. Bundy and Mary Ann Grant.
