Memorial services for Sarah Caroline Joyce Cooper, "Pokey", 68, of Junction City will be Saturday, October 21, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at the Nazarene Church, 1315 W. Ash. She passed away October 19, 2006 at Geary Community Hospital. Penwell-Gabel Johnson Mass-Hinitt Chapel assisted the family with cremation arrangements.
Ms. Cooper was born November 13, 1937, Lincoln, KS to Otto and Bernitta (Garner) Wacker.
She is survived by her mother Bernitta Heskett, one daughter, Teresa Sewell, two sisters LaVon Hahn and Betsy VanCoonis, two brothers, Delbert Wacker and Jerry Wacker, two grandchildren, Sabrina Brennan an Sean Parrish and four great-grandchildren, Paige and Cody Brennan and Samantha and Gavin Parrish.
She was preceded in death by her father Otto Wacker and two sisters, Darlene Mann and Lorna Green.
