Samuel F. Fye, 93, of La Harpe, IL, passed away on October 4, 2016 at Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan, KS. Dove Cremation & Funeral Service, of Junction City, KS, is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
He was born on September 13, 1923, Danville, Iowa to Daniel and Ruth (McKracken) Fye.
Samuel is survived by his Two Daughters, Carol A. Wicks of Monmouth, IL, Vallie J. Mohnike (Ben) of Smithshire, IL; six sons, Clifford "Tiny" (June) Fye of Olsburg, KS, Carl W. Fye of La Harpe, IL, Everett L. (Lena) Fye of La Harpe, IL, Paul E. (Sandy) Fye of Bremen, KS, Kenneth W. Fye of Monmouth, IL, Truman L. Fye of Monmouth, IL; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other loving family members.
He was preceded in death by his Wife, Frances Fye, Father, Daniel Fye, Mother, Ruth Ann Fye, Son, Virgil "Wolfie" Fye, and Daughter-in-law, Linda Fye.
