Sally Skinner, 69 of Phoenix, AZ., formerly of Junction City, KS., passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2002 in Phoenix. Services will be at the First Presbyterian Church, Tuesday, August 13, 2002, 2:00 p.m. Pastor Matthew Glasgow will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 p.m., Monday, August 12, 2002 at Mass-Hinitt Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at the Highland Cemetery in Junction City, Kansas. Memorials may be given to the American Red Cross Geary County Chapter, 227 W. 7th Street, Junction City, Kansas. 66441

Sally was born on January 5, 1933 in Junction City, Kansas to Jack and Sarah (Johnston) Taylor. She Graduated from Junction City High School and Brown Mackie College in Salina, KS. She was the Executive Director for the American Red Cross for 18 years in Junction City. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the Geary Community Hospital Auxillary.

Survivors include a daughter, Kay Moyer of McPherson, KS.; Two Sons, Mark Skinner of Scottsdale, AZ., David Skinner of Glendale, AZ. ; Step-Mother, Ruth Allen. One Sister, Kay Herzman of Ft. Collins, CO. and Two Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her Parents.

Casket bearers are David Skinner, Mark Skinner, Calvin Moyer, Seth Moyer, Garrett Moyer and Danny Devin
