Funeral services for Roy John Hoff, 88 lifelong resident of Geary County will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at Penwell-Gabel Mass-Hinitt Chapel with Pastor Timothy Schellenbach officiating. Burial will follow at Skiddy Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at Penwell-Gabel Mass-Hinitt Chapel. Mr. Hoff died March 12, 2005 at his rural residence.

He was born February 18, 1917 in Geary County the son of John A. and Matilda (Hiebert) Hoff.
Hoff was a second generation Farmer, Stockman. He married Bernice Emma Erichsen May 20, 1954 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church on Clarks Creek Road. She preceded him in death on June 11, 1982. He was also preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Chester and Harold and 1 sister Lydia McCoy.
He is survived by 2 sons, Kenneth Roy Hoff and Dennis John Hoff., 2 sisters Dorothy Huff and Lucille Hazelton, and 5 grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be George Erichsen, David Cederberg, Wayne Erichsen, Harold Erichsen, Charles Hoff and Duaine Hoff.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Frances Cederberg, Ernie Burrows and Randy Burrows
Organist will be Florence Whitebread and Vocalist will be Joel Hofer
