Rosemarie Wiggins, 74, of Junction City, KS passed away on June 24, 2017 at Good Shepherd Hospice, Manhattan, KS.
A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Dove Cremation and Funeral Service, 805 Caroline Ave., Junction City, KS 66441, with Pastor Ronnie Roberts officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 10:00 AM. Cremation will follow the services.

Rosemarie was born on April 19, 1943 in Fulda, Germany to Wilhelm and Anna (Zirkel) Viehmann. She grew up in Germany. She loved to travel. She had many adventures with her dear friend Maggie. They mostly visited Spain and various places in Germany. As a young lady, she met a service member by the name of Will M. Wiggins III. On October 10, 1969 they married in Bad Nauheim, Germany. They traveled to many places with Will's military obligation, until they ultimately settled in Junction City, Kansas in 1987.
Rosemarie was a hard worker. She worked at Ware Elementary on Fort Riley for 20 years. Her partner at work was Cindy. They prepared meals together and had a wonderful time at work. She dearly enjoyed her time at the school. She retired in May of 2004.
Rosemarie was a dedicated wife, loving mother, and grandmother. She was known as "Oma". Rosemarie was the resident "go to" baker. She would make birthday cakes for her family and friends. She also enjoyed gardening in her home garden. She had roses and other assorted flowers guarded by her gnomes.
She will be missed by all.
Rosemarie is survived by her Husband, Will M. Wiggins III; her Four Daughters, Carola (Alfred) Horne of Junction City, KS, Christina (Robert) Hambruch of Annapolis, MD, Stephanie T. Davison of Los Angeles, CA, and Tamara (Matthew) Gardner of Brighton, CO; Three Grandsons, Steven K. Hambruch of Annapolis, MD, Alexis C. Horne of Junction City, KS, Aidan L. Gardner of Brighton, CO; Granddaughter, Angel M. Horne of Junction City, KS; Sister, Martha Mueller of Ober-Morlen, Germany; Brother, Bernd Zirkel of Hintersteinau, Germany; Nieces, Sabine Mueller and Sonja Zirkel; and a host of loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Wilhelm and Anna Viehmann
