Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 1, 2006, at the Penwell-Gabel Mass-Hinitt Chapel for Ronald Orson Coltress, 58, of Kissimmee, Florida. A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until service time at the funeral home. Burial with Full Military Honors will follow the service at Fort Riley Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Knights of Columbus Council #1029 Junction City, Kansas



Ronald Orson Coltress passed away Sunday, October 22, 2006 in Kissimmee, Florida. He was born October 23, 1947, in Georgetown, Guyana the son of Wilfred and Enid Rohee Coltress. In 1988, he was medically retired as Staff Sergeant with the United States Army having served during the Vietnam War. He was a Catholic.



He was preceded in death by his daughters, Mary Waters and Sybille Williams. He is survived by his wife Donna Elizabeth Coltress; sons, John Waters of Sanford, Florida, Bryan Waters of Seattle Washington and Richard Waters of Denver, Colorado, Oliver Coltress of Las Angeles, California; daughters, Noelle Coltress of Kissimmee, Florida, Sheila Waters of Topeka, Kansas, Christine Coltress of Birmingham, Alabama and Candace Coltress; Sister, Diana Coltress of Georgetown Guyana; 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
