Roger Morris McKibben, 78, of Junction City, KS, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Leonardville Nursing Home. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service is not planned at this time.
He was born on April 7, 1942, in Norfolk, NE the son of Lester and Mae (Morris) McKibben.
Roger worked as a bookkeeper many years for the Citizen's Savings and the Arnold Gfeller Company. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Roger was a member of First Christian Church in Junction City, KS.
On December 16, 1967, he married Neilene "Neen" Davenport in Abilene, KS.
Those left to mourn his loss is his loving wife, Neen of the home in Junction City, KS; one son, Michael McKibben and his wife Marjorie of Lincoln, NE; one daughter, Katherine McKibben of Wichita, KS; four grandchildren, Cade McKibben, Eric Zuelke, Joshua Zuelke and Taylor Pouncil; two great-grandchildren, Piper Zuelke and Parker Pouncil; one sister Phyllis McCain of Norfolk, NE.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
