Robert L. Hall

Robert L. "Bob" Hall, 64, Junction City, Kansas, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2007, at his home. Cremation has taken place. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to the Boy Scouts of America or to the American Diabetes Association.



Bob was born September 14, 1942, in Marysville, Kansas the son of Eva M. Novotny. He was raised by his grandparents Pearl W. and James S. Nye. He has lived in Junction City since 1954.



Bob was former owner and operator of a full service Conoco Station at 6th and Webster which later became a Phillip's 66. He later worked for Jim's 66 until his medical retirement. He was the co-owner of the Fashion Shop in Junction City with his wife Faye. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington D.C. He was a member of the Elks Lodge and Eagles.



He married Faye Kirby December 16, 1963. She survives.



Other survivors include one son James C. Hall and his wife Marnie of Aiken, South Carolina. He is also survived by two grandchildren Quentin and Michaela Hall.
