Robert C. Harris

Services for Robert C. Harris, 58, of Junction City, KS will be Wed., Feb. 13, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Chapel, Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. the same day. Pastor Darel Boston of the First Christian Church will officiate. Robert was born October 11, 1943 at Detroit, MI to Emmitt F. and Eva (Montgomery) Harris, he married Karen Gallaway November 29, 1973 in Junction City, KS, she survives of the home. Robert served in teh US Army for twenty-three and a half years. After retiring from the army, Robert worked at AAFES for fifteen years. He was a member of the First Christian Church, American Legion and the Buddy Bass Association. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. He is survived by Two sons; Frank Harris of West Memphis, AR and Tony Stark of Junction City, KS Two Daughters; Kimberley Harris-Leigh of West Memphis, AR and Terry Cox of Independence, Mo, Four Sisters; Betty Gilliam of cincinnati, OH, Margaret Boyd of Bethel, OH, Billie Faye Rose of Dayton, OH, Sue Smith of Groveport, OH and eight grandchildren, he was preceded in death by parents and one brother; Fred Harris.
