Rebecca A Ball

Memorial services for Rebecca A. Ball will be held Saturday, March 18, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the 5th Street Park in Junction City, Kansas with the Rev. Sudie White, Retired, officiating. Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel is assisting the family with cremation arrangements. Mrs. Ball passed away March 15, 2006 at Geary Community Hospital.

Rebecca was born November 20, 1948 in Oregon, California. She was known as a restaurant manager in Junction City as well as having worked for both of the cab companies in Junction City. She was a member of the Bethel AME Church of Manhattan.

She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Gilbert Brown and a sister Angela Wooley.

Survivors include, three sons, James Lusk, Michael Brown and Charles Washington all of Junction City, four daughters, Ruby Blackmon, Tina Johnson, Linda Jones and Cheryl Levoy all of Junction City and seventeen grandchildren.
