Rahndy Lee Brown, 73, of Junction City, KS, passed away on March 8, 2021. Johnson Funeral Home of Junction City is assisting family with cremation arrangements.

Rahndy was born on August 15, 1947, to John and Ilse (Grasmeier) Brown. As a young man he worked in many fields. He was a dispatcher then an officer for the city of Abilene. He was also a nurse's aid for many years in Chapman, KS.
He meet his life partner, Thomas Lyon, in San Diego, California. They moved to Junction City, Kansas. They were together over 50 years before Thomas' passing on March 19, 2020.
Rahndy had many hobbies and interests and was an avid animal lover as shown by his adoption of many outdoor cats, but above all he was loyal partner, loving uncle, beloved brother, and caring friend.
Rahndy is survived by his loving family: his brother, Mike Loren (Mary Kay Crubel-Brown) Brown of Chapman, KS; three nephews, Jeremy (Farah) Brown of Texas City, TX, Jared Brown of Alexandria, VA, and Chris Brown of Junction City, KS; three nieces, Jennifer Brown of Kansas City, MO, Rebecca Crubel-Brown of De Soto, KS, and Alicia Brantley of Chapman, KS; and a host of loving family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his life partner Thomas Lyon, and his nephew Joshua Brown.
