Patricia R. "Pat" Foust, 86, of Junction City, Kansas passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at Valley View Senior Life Center in Junction City, Kansas. Cremation will take place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Pat was born March 16, 1936, in Clay Center, Kansas the daughter of Raymond and Elsie (Fiechter) Oltjen.
Pat graduated from high school in Cedar Vale, Kansas. She was a homemaker extraordinaire. She was an excellent landscaper, baker, cook and quilter. While living in Arkansas City, Kansas she worked for Harvey's Fashions where she met a lot people and customers selling women's clothing. Animals were also a very important in her life especially her golden retriever.
Pat married Phil Foust May 29, 1955 in Cedar Vale, Kansas. At the time, Phil was serving in the United States Air Force.
Survivors include her husband Phil of the home in Junction City; one son, Graham Foust and his wife Denise of Junction City, Kansas; one daughter, Gretchen Foust and her partner Deb McWilliams of Nashville, Tennessee; three grandchildren, Teiah, Whitney and Rocco; four great-grandchildren, Langdon, Tyren, Kiara and Arya.
She was preceded in death by one son, Vincent Foust; one granddaughter, Jessie Foust and one brother, Thayne Oltjen.
