Funeral services for Pamela Jean McNutt, 47, Junction City will be 11 a.m., Saturday, January 26, 2008 at the Faith Tabernacle Apostolic Church with Reverend Ed Young officiating. Burial will follow the service at Highland Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 - 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 25, 2008 at the Penwell-Gabel Mass-Hinitt Chapel, 805 Caroline Ave. Mrs. McNutt passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2008, at the Mercy Regional Health Center in Manhattan, KS. Memorial contributions may be given to the Faith Tabernacle Apostolic Church, 1010 Burke Street, Junction City, KS 66441.
Pamela was born March 12, 1960, in Lebanon, Kentucky the daughter of Ruth L. McAtee. She graduated from Marion County High in 1979 and graduated from Sullivan University School of Business Administration in Office Specialist in 1980 and had resided in Junction City since 1990.
She attended the Faith Tabernacle Church and received the Holy Ghost July 25, 1991 and was involved in several activities at the church. She married Eugene McNutt on March 18, 1995 in Junction City, he survives of the home. She worked at Farm Bureau Insurance Company for 15 years before going to Shelter Insurance Company in October 2005.
She is survived by her two sons; Christopher L. Matthews and wife LuzVannessa of Junction City, KS and Terrence E. McNutt also of the home, three brothers, Ricky S. McAtee of Atlanta, GA, Mark A. McAtee and Lamont L. McAtee and wife Shawna all of Lebanon, Kentucky, two aunts Doris Patterson and Dorothy Means, two uncles; Chester McAtee and wife Brenda of Logansport, IN and Joe McAtee and wife Margaret of Lebanon, KY, one grandson; Aaron Christopher Matthews and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother Ruth L. McAtee.
Pallbearers will be Arthur Baty, Willie Gardner, Don Moore, Joel Celetins, Lawrence Palmer and Emerson Matthews.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Calvin Bernard, Gene Hamilton, Johnny King, David Wild, Thurman Young, Rufus Bazar, Don Boyer and William Matos.
