Services for Myrl Raymond Koppenheffer, 88 of Junction City, KS will be Wednesday, March 6, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at Mass-Hinitt Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 5, 2002, 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday, March 6, 2002, 8:00 a.m. until time of service. Mr. Koppenheffer died March 1, 2002 at his residence. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Donors choice. Mr. Koppenheffer was born February 8, 1914 Geary County, KS to Walter and Catherine (Presse) Koppenheffer. He married Ethel Laura Shane on August 6, 1939 at St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Geary County, KS. She survives of the home. He was a lifetime resident of Geary County, KS, a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church, and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, he was a retired farmer and stone mason. He is survived by One Son; Stephen Koppenheffer of Junction City, KS, One Daughter; Sylvia Wienberg of Superior, CO, Carrie Young of Denver, CO, Three Grandsons and Two Granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his parents and Four Brothers. Casketbearers will be Paul Wienberg, Jeffrey Koppenheffer, Roger Koppenheffer, Wayne Pearson, Mike Morgan and Kenneth Johnston. Organist will be LaDonna Junghans.
