Murray Kent Hayden, 59, of Chapman, KS, passed away on April 16, 2018, at his home in Chapman. Cremation has taken place. No services are scheduled. Memorial contributions are suggested to be given to the Junction City YMCA, 1703 McFarland Road, Junction City, KS 66441.
He was born on December 31, 1958, the son of Edward L. and Audrey (Houghton) Hayden.
Murray worked at the Junction City YMCA for many years. He was avid reader.
Survivors include one brother, Ted Hayden of Chapman, KS; two sisters, Lisa Streeton of Chapman, KS and Susan Hayden of Marietta, GA.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Dove Cremation & Funeral Service, of Junction City, is assisting with arrangements.
