Mona May Cunningham, 92, Salina, KS. passed away Friday, August 9, 2013, at the Salina Regional Medical Center. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. The cremated remains will be buried in the Ellsworth Cemetery.
Mona was born June 25, 1921, in Ellsworth, KS. the daughter of Robert Leo and Ermyntrude Annie (Parker) Cunningham.
Mona was a school teacher for many years. She taught in Hays, KS. and Detroit, MI. She retired to Salina, KS. after her long teaching career. She was a member of the Episcopal Church of Incarnation in Salina, KS. and many organizations.
She is survived by several cousins.
