Funeral services for Mi Dong Kim, 86, Junction City will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel, 203 N. Washington Street with Pastor Woo Kwang Jang officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services. Cremation will take place following the services. Mrs. Kim passed away at her home on March 17, 2011.
She was born October 1, 1924 at Cholla-Namdo Hwasun-Gun, Korea to Chong Rok Kim and Bo Seong Choe. She was married to Yung Chu Cho he passed away 31 years ago in Korea, now they are finally together and resting in peace in God's Hands.
She was a homemaker and resided with her seventh daughter Sun Kracht and her husband Alan in Junction City for the past fifteen years and four months.
She is also survived by five sons and two other daughters, eighteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents.
