He was born on September 15, 1950, Ft. Benning, Georgia to Jesse and Grace (Howe) Fish.
Melvin is survived by his Two Sisters, Karen Gill of Crossett, AR, and Connie (John) Landen of Land O Lakes, FL.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Jesse Lewis Fish, Mother, Grace G. Fish, and Brother, James Douglas Fish.
Dove Cremation & Funeral Service of Junction City, is overseeing arrangements. Cremation has taken place.
