Maxine L. Blocker passed over from this life on February 16, 2012 at Manhattan Mercy Regional Health Center, Manhattan, KS at the young age of 50.
She was born on January 18, 1962, Fort Riley, KS to Leo and Ilah (Schroeder) Sacher. She was a wonderful person who touched many lives, filled many hearts and will be forever remembered by those who had the chance to know her in life. She will be missed but never forgotten.
She is survived by her daughters; Chasity Blocker and Ashlee Blocker, her brother Gary Sacher, two sisters; Cheri Shanks and husband Rick and Roxanne Heller and husband Wayne, four grandchildren; Brielle Hagadorn, Ashleen Davis, Madison Benson and Kaileb Benson all of Junction City, KS.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her older sister, Dale Davis.
A memorial service for Maxine will be held from 1p.m. to 3p.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at Club Coyote's, 7th & Jefferson, Junction City. All who knew her warm smile and open heart are welcome to join the family in celebrating and remembering the life of an unforgettable person.
