Funeral Services for Martha Blehm, 96, Junction City, will be held 11:00am Monday, November 7, 2005 at White City United Methodist Church, White City, KS with Dr. Rev. Norman Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in Wakefield Cemetery. No visitation will be held. Mrs. Blehm passed way November 3, 2005 at Valley View Retirement Center, Junction City, KS. Memorial contributions may be made to the White City United Methodist Church or to the donor's choice.
Martha was born with her twin sister, Minnie, October 4, 1909 to Fredrick and Margaretha (Durst) Ziegler near Wakefield, KS.
She was united in marriage to Herman Paul Enos on November 22, 1935. He was killed in action in the Pacific on May 11, 1945. To this marriage was born one son Paul David, who died April 8, 1981.
She worked as a postal clerk for a number of years at the White City Post Office retiring when she married Joel Blehm on August 3, 1974 and moving to Cashion, OK. Mr. Blehm preceded her in death on August 17, 2001. Also preceded in death by her parents, 5 sisters and 2 brothers.
Martha is survived by her daughter in law Karen Enos, Pensacola, FL, one sister, Lillie Stilwell, White City, KS, many nieces and nephews. Penwell Gabel-Mass-Hinitt Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
