Margaret Mae Suiter, 84, passed away on November 24, 2022 at Homestead Health Center in Wichita, Kansas.
She was born October 29, 1938, in St. Clair County, Missouri, the first of three daughters born to Albert B. and Allie Marguerite Suiter.
Margaret had several lifelong disabilities but refused to be limited by them. She enjoyed taking pictures and keeping photo albums, writing letters, reading, and country music. Though she never left the home of her parents, family will fondly remember how she liked to take charge of the household by doing daily chores, making sure all the kids behaved when visiting, and keeping track of just about everything and everyone. Her strong will and independent spirit will be dearly missed and admired by family and friends.
Survived by her youngest sister, Betty; her nieces, Natalie Fleming, Penny Rice, and Angela Chavez; her nephews, Bill Kausler and Michael Scott; and many more extended family members.
Preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Marguerite, and her sister, Alberteen Kausler.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Homestead Health Center, 2133 S. Elizabeth Street, Wichita, Kansas 67213.
