Lynda E. Walker

Memorial Services for Lynda Elizabeth Walker, 58, of Junction City, will be Monday, June 7, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel with Pastor G. Edmond Thomas officiating. Inurnment will be at Highland Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, June 6, 2004, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel. Mrs. Walker passed away May 31, 2004 at Valley View Professional Care Center. Memorial contributions may be given to the Lynda Walker Memorial Fund, c/o Lisa Nickerson, 913 S. Madison, Junction City, KS 66441.

Mrs. Walker was born December 28, 1945, Junction City, KS to Samuel C. and Helen (Standefer) Walker. She moved to San Diego, CA in 1974, residing there until 2000 in which she returned to Junction City, she was a self-employed Mortgage Officer.

She is survived by her mother; Helen (Walker) Kirkpatrick of Junction City, KS, one daughter; Lisa (Foster) Nickerson of Junction City, KS, one brother; David S. Walker of Junction City, KS, two sisters; Janis H. Walker and Doris A. (Walker) Nash both of Charlotte, NC and one grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her father and son-in-law.

Musician will be Gail Dye
