Lisa Mary Champagne, 82, of Chapman, KS, passed away on November 30, 2019.
Johnson Funeral Home of Junction City, KS, is assisting family with cremation arrangements.
A private family memorial service will take place at a later date in Ocala, Florida.

Lisa was born on October 20, 1937, in St. Anne de Bellevue, Quebec, Canada, to Eddie and Juliette (Daoust) Cardinal. As a young lady, she fell in love with a young Canadian Airman by the name of Bruno Champagne. They were married on September 7, 1957 and settled in Montreal, Canada. They moved to the United States in 1964 where they spent 25 years in Chicopee, Massachusetts, raising their three children. In 1990, Lisa and her husband moved to Ocala, Florida, where she stayed until the passing of her husband. Lisa moved to Herington, Kansas, and then to Chapman, Kansas, to be closer to her son and daughter Jim and Debbie.
Lisa had many hobbies. Her foremost favorites were knitting, quilt making, and crocheting, but above all she was a dedicated wife, loving mother, adoring grandmother, caring great-grandmother, and beloved friend.
She will be missed.
Lisa is survived by her loving family: her three children Jo Ann and husband Les Myers of Silver Springs, FL, Jim and wife Lisa Champagne of Junction City, KS, and Debra and husband Mark Schellhase of Schofield Barracks, HI; her 7 grandchildren; her 7 great-grandchildren; and a host of loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her older siblings.
