January 23, 1948 — July 16, 2012

Linda Alison Evans, 64, Junction City, passed away Monday, July 16, 2012, at Mercy Hospital in Manhattan. A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2012,at Highland Cemetery. Deacon Rex Matney will officiate. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life get together will be held 4 p.m. the same day at Ray and Linda's home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Johnson Cancer Research Center KSU Foundation 1 Chalmers Hall Manhattan, KS 66506-3901.

Linda was born January 23, 1948, the daughter of Eugene Thomas and Dorothy E. Penaluna Seaburn.

Linda worked many years for Robert Montgomery Horticulture Center near Philadelphia, PA. She was a craftsman at heart. She took great pride in her landscaping and flowers. She enjoyed cooking and her Golden Retriever Harley. She attended Penn State University. Linda along with her Husband Ray belonged to the National H.O.G Chapter and the local Junction City H.O.G. Chapter.

She married Ray Evans May 5, 1987, in Malvern, PA. He survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Shane Close Hanover of Pitman, NJ. and Bryan Seaburn Hanover of Forest Hill, MD. She is survived by one daughter, Regan Elise Hanover of Collingwood, NJ. She is survived her step brother John Seitz of Junction City, KS. and five grandchildren Zoe, Peyton, Aidan, Jillian and Benjamin.

She was preceded in death by her father Col. Eugene Thomas Seaburn and her mother Dorothy Seaburn Seitz.
