Graveside services for LeRoy Crumble, Jr., 79, Junction City with full military honors will be 11a.m., Friday March 20, 2009 at the Kansas Veterans Cemetery at Fort Riley, 5181 Wildcat Creek Road, Manhattan, KS with the Rev. Joe Belardo officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Thursday, March 19, 2009 at Penwell-Gabel Mass-Hinitt Chapel, 805 Caroline Avenue. Mr. Crumble passed away March 11, 2009 at Valley View Senior Life Center.
LeRoy was born August 23, 1929 in Wichita, KS the son of LeRoy and Lessie (Springs) Crumble. LeRoy served in the US Air Force from 1946-1948. He was cook at Irwin Army Hospital at Fort Riley.
LeRoy is survived by his longtime friend Teruko Williams of Junction City, KS. He is also survived by a niece and a cousin in Wichita, KS
