Funeral services for Leona M. Kramer, 85, of Junction City will be 10 a.m., Saturday, February 10, 2007, at the Immanuel Lutheran Churchwith Pastor Vern Oestmann officiating. Burial will follow the service at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery. A visitation will be held 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 9, at the Penwell-Gabel Johnson Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions may be given in lieu of flowers to the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 630 S. Eisenhower Junction City, Kansas 66441.

Leona was born January 29, 1922, in Junction City, Kansas the daughter of Glenn and Bertha Dodd Clark. She has resided in Junction City her entire life. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church where she sang in the church choir and was a member of the LWML. She was a member of the local Troubadour Group.

She married Elmer Kramer May 19, 1945, in Junction City, Kansas. He passed away August 19, 1996.

Survivors include two sons, Ronald Kramer of White City, Kansas, and Alvin Kramer of Birmingham, Alabama. She is also survived by five daughters, Sybil Kramer of Palentine, Illinois; Annette Kramer of Kansas City, Kansas; Judy Palmer of McDonough, Georgia; Leta King of Junction City, Kansas and Janice Kramer of Kansas City, Kansas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one sister and one grandson.
