Lasley Ive Coleman, 66, Grandview Plaza, died Friday, January 27, 2006 in Wamego, Kansas.
Mr. Coleman was born May 11, 1939 at Forrest City, Arkansas to Posie and Silva May Belcher Coleman. He served in the United States Army. He married Helga Feder in Hanau, Germany on October 17, 1961. She survives of the home. Mr. Coleman was a self-employed handyman and carpenter. He was a member of the Jehovah Witness Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Other survivors include, two sons: Thomas Coleman, of the home, Jimmy Coleman of Hanau, Germany, one daughter, Astrid Coleman of Alabama, four brothers, David Colemen, Lee Edward Richard Coleman and Roy Coleman all of Arkansas, two sisters, Carol Royce and Roseanna Brown both of Arkansas.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, February 2, 2006 at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel, 203 N. Washington with cremation to follow. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2006 at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel.
