Lannie J. Tsuneo

Lannie J. Tsuneo, 63, of Junction City, Kansas passed away on February 8, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. 

 She was born on February 24, 1961, to Nakamoto and Iyoko Tsuneo in Palau. 

Lannie worked as a secretary for George B. Harris Elementary School in Palau. She retired in that position after many dedicated years of service. 

She married Pasqual Ongos and started their family on their beloved island. 

Lannie is survived by her loving husband; three sons, Lamar Thomas, Naythen Derbai, and Rengiil Derbai; three sisters, Evelyn Singeo, Maria Inabo, and Janelle Tsuneo; one brother, Nolan Tsuneo and a host of loving grandchildren and friends. 

She is preceded in death by her parents and one son, Trent Derbai.
