Kye was born on September 9, 1941 in Seoul, Korea. Growing up, she helped her parents support the family. On March 13, 1979, she married Kenneth G. Dyreson in Seoul. They raised their small family at many duty stations and ultimately settled in Junction City, KS.
Kye was a very talented woman. She was a master chef and would cook her husband, Kenneth, not only Korean cuisine, but anything his heart desired. Besides cooking for her family, she was an avid player of BINGO. She was also a member of many Korean Baptists churches in the area. Her true love in life was her family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and adoring grandmother. Kye was most happy when she was with her family and friends.
She will be dearly missed.
Kye is survived by her loving family: husband, Kenneth of the home; her son Wan (wife Sarah) Kim of Jacksonville, FL; two grandchildren Alex and Hanna; and a host of loving family and friends.
