Katharina Henley, 68, of Junction City, died May 28, 2015 at Valley View Senior Life. Katharina was born June 9, 1946 in Ausburg, Germany, the daughter of John & Katharina (Beuteln) Wolf.
Katharina graduated from high school in Germany, and was married to an American soldier. They moved to Junction City in 1968. She and husband were later divorced.
Katharina worked as a kitchen worker at Ft. Riley for several years. She had been in the nursing home for the past 18 years.
A private burial will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in Highland Cemetery.
A memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Valley View Senior Life in Junction City.
