Karen Ann Coade, 57, of Junction City, passed away on July 26, 2016 at University of Kansas Medical Center. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned. Memorial contributions have been designated to the Friends of Animals in c/o Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, P.O. Box 826, Junction City, KS 66441.
She was born on May 16, 1959, Wurzburg, Germany to Raymond and Wally (Kratz) Coade.
Karen was currently working at Irwin Army Community Hospital in the Clinical Support Division, she had worked there for many years.
Karen is survived by her father, Raymond Coade of Junction City, KS; her niece, Brandi Petrel of Auburn, KS; her nephew, Chris Coade of Wichita, KS; her cousins, Tom Prusinowski of Dallas, TX, John Prusinowski of Yakima, WA, Susan Thrush of Augusta, GA, Jim Kratz of Fenton, MI, Maureen Burt of Fenton, MI and Carmen Kratz of Fenton, MI; her uncle, Walter (Mary) Kratz of Fenton, MI; her great niece, Madison Coade of Wichita, KS and sister-in-law, Linda Coade of Mineral Wells, TX.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Wally S. Coade and her brother, Fred Coade.
