Judith Marie Allen

Judith Marie "Judy" Allen, 57, of Junction City, died Monday, December 31, 2018 at Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka. Judy was born April 22, 1961 in Junction City, the daughter of Francis "Frank" and Marcena "Marci" (Hollerich) Keating. Judy grew up in Junction City and graduated from St. Xavier High School High School in the Class of 1979.

Judy was a member of the St. Xavier Catholic Church.

Judy worked for 23 years at Central National Bank and was the Retail Office Supervisor.

Judy married Mark Leroy Allen on February 13, 1982 in Junction City. Mark died Sept. 15, 2013.

Survivors include: a son, Bill Allen, Ness City; 2 daughters, Heather Patterson and her husband Thomas, Hiawatha, and Taylor Allen, Topeka; her mother, Marci Keating, Junction City; 3 brothers, Jeff Keating, Milford, Jim Keating and John Keating, both of Manhattan; a sister, Jacki Diederich, Topeka; and grandsons, Jaidon and Logan Allen, and Jaxson and Monroe Patterson; and her puppies, Oreo and Charlie. Judy was preceded in death by her husband Mark, and her father, Frank Keating.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 7, 2019 at St. Xavier Catholic Church, with Fr. Kyle Berens presiding. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.

A visitation will be held 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., and a Prayer Service and Rosary at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, January 6, 2019 at the Johnson Funeral Home, 203 N. Washington, Junction City, KS

Memorial contributions may be sent, in Judy's name, to St. Xavier Catholic Church, Junction City, KS.
