Funeral services for Joyce Marjorie Andrews, 57, Junction City will be 10 a.m., Friday October 2, 2009 at Faith Tabernacle Apostolic Church, 1010 Burke Dr., Junction City with Rev. Thurman Young officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery.Visitation will be from 6-8pm Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Penwell-Gabel Mass-Hinitt Chapel, 805 Caroline. Joyce passed away September 24, 2009 at her home. Memorial contributions in Joyce's name may be sent to the family or sent in care of the funeral home.

Joyce was born April 3, 1952 at St. Croix, Virgin Island the daughter of Ernest and Gwendolyn (Claxton) Lovgren. Joyce worked 13 years at Kansas State University and 2 years at Russell Stover's in Abilene, KS before becoming disabled from blindness. She was a faithful member of Faith Tabernacle Church for 22 years. She loved God, Church and people. She will be missed.

She is survived by her daughter,Debra Lovgren of Junction City, KS son,Sean Lovgren of Virginia Beach, VA, Father, Ernest Lovgren of Copperas Cove, TX, four Sisters; Sharon Lovgren of Virginia Beach, VA, Beatrice Grooms of Suffolk, VA, Diahann Dupree of Virginia, Beach, VA, Sandra Smith of Wyoming, seven brothers; Edwin Harris of Virgin Islands, Alvin Harris of Washington, D.C., Mitchell Lovgren of Midland, TX, Michael Lovgren of Junction City, KS, Ernest Lovgren of Copperas Cove, TX, Manuel Lovgren of North Carolina, Darryl Lovgren of New Mexico and two granddaughters; Destini Lovgren and Bella Lovgren of Virginia Beach, VA.

She was preceded in death by her mother Gwendolyn Lovgren.
