Joseph "Joe" B. Wesoloski, 78, of Junction City, KS, passed away on March 5, 2021. Johnson Funeral Home of Junction City is assisting the family with cremation arrangements,

A Memorial Service is scheduled for May 14, 2021, 1:00pm, at the Kansas Veterans' Cemetery, 5181 Wildcat Creek Rd, Manhattan, KS 66503 .

Memorials are suggested to the Junction City Friends of Animals, P.O. Box 580, Junction City, KS, 66441.

Joe was born on June 16, 1942, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, to Joseph H. and Aileen (Stein) Wesoloski. He graduated from Jefferson High School and joined the United States Army soon after on May 31, 1960. He served honorable for three years receiving the Good Conduct Medal and the Safety Driver's Badge. Joe met Constance Rarick and they married on January 8, 1967 in Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania. Together, they moved to Junction City, Kansas, and raised their young family. Joe worked for the City of Junction City as an Animal Control Officer for over fifteen years. He had an amazing talent with animals and loved his job.

Joe had many interests and hobbies, but above all he was a loving husband, caring father adoring grandfather, and loyal friend.

He is survived by his loving family: his wife, Constance of Junction City, KS; his two sons, Joseph H. (Mary) Wesoloski and Scott Wesoloski, both of Junction City, KS; his grandson, Daniel Wesoloski of Junction City, KS; two brothers, Tom (Teresa) Wesoloski of Junction City, KS, and George (Penny) Wesoloski of Mocksville, NC; and a host of loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his two sons Ralph C. Walker, Jr. and Johnny Walker.
