It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John Adolf Beldzig Sr, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. John peacefully left us on October 25, 2024 leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness that will forever live in our hearts.
John was born on September 20, 1956 in Munich, Germany. In his young years brought to the United States with stepfather, mother: Magdalena and siblings. Leaving his favorite sport soccer and other family. On October 13, 1977, he married Caril Mayer as a dedicated husband, they shared a bond of love and friendship that was admired by all who knew them. In forty-seven years, they created a home filled with warmth, where countless cherished memories were made, and everyone was welcome.
He was a proud father to his son John A. Beldzig Jr and daughter Michelle Jones always offering support and unconditional love. As a grandfather, his joy knew no bounds, and he adored every moment spent with his granddaughters, Jacey and Grace who were the light of his life.
He is proceeded in death by his mother Magdalena and his brother Henry Schreider. His sister Angelika Matthews (Angie) and he remained closed. To his siblings he was not only a brother but also a best friend. Their bonds were strong throughout his life, and they will be cherished forever.
John was also a true friend to many, known for his sense of humor, never holding back, and the kindness he extended to all who crossed his path. His legacy of love and friendship will continue to inspire all who knew him and live on in his children and grandchildren.
A celebration of John's life will be held on Saturday November 23rd, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at The Fraternal Order of the Eagles located at 203 E 10th St., Junction City, Kansas. Friends and family are invited to join in honoring his memory and sharing stories of the remarkable life he led.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the GoFundMe page, in honor of John’s giving love of his wife and family.
John will be deeply missed but never forgotten. His spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him, and his legacy will continue through the lives he touched.
