Joan Marie Dambrosi, 73, of Junction City, KS, passed away on February 1, 2017 at K.U. Medical Center. Cremation is planned. There are no services scheduled at this time. Memorials are suggested to the Friends of Animals.
She was born on May 22, 1943, Gloversville, New York to Less and Ruth (Clark) Brand. On 12/9/1962 she married William Dambrosi, and they lived in Junction City, Kansas after his retirement from the United States Army. Joan worked for Wal-Mart for over 30 years.
Joan is survived by her loving Husband, William of the home, one daughter, Ruth (David) Kopietz of Woodbine, KS; Two Sons, William Dambrosi, Jr. of Albuquerque, NM, and Mike (Stella) Dambrosi of Spirit Lake, IA; two grandchildren, Maryjo and D.J. Cain of Woodbine, KS; and two great-grandchildren Wesley and Raven Cain.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Ruth Marie (Clark) Brand and Father, Less Brand, and two children William L. Dambrosi and Joan Marie Dambrosi.
Dove Cremation and Funeral Service of Junction City is assisting the family.
